« Hôtel très cosy, calme et agréable. Personnel très gentil. Dans une rue sans voiture avec les transports pas très loin. Dommage que le lit ne soit pas un lit de 160 et qu'il n'y ait pas au moins une chaîne de télé française, mais c'est un détail. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et la gentillesse du personnel qui a su aussi nous renseigner sur les transports et autre. »

« Nous passions juste une nuit à Bristol, l'un des points étape de notre road-trip à travers le Pays de Galles jusqu'à Llandudno et retour par la côte direction St Davids. Juste un peu difficile de trouver l'hôtel malgré le GPS en raison du trafic, du manque d'habitude de rouler à gauche et de technique de circulation sur les ronds-points...! Nous préférions diner en ville ; on recommande la pizzeria Franco Marco vers la vieille ville, gérée par une jeune équipe très dynamique. »

« Pour un Hilton, la qualité n'est pas au top, le ménage n'est pas fait sous les lits. Pour l'accès à la chambre, ça dépends où vous etes sinon il faut traverser des couloirs, monter au 2eme puis descendre au 1er, bref c'est assez compliqué de s'y retrouver. La photo de la façade est alléchante mais c'est juste une petite partie, la partie des chambres n'est pas superbe comme on pourrait le penser. Literie très dure. »

"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "
