Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in. »

« Staying at this B&B is a pure treat! There is nowhere you could possibly find a better view. Ann Marie and Dane prepare wonderful breakfasts and great conversation and service. It is off the beaten path so if you love quiet and nature and beauty then this is the place for you. Be sure to leave time to enjoy the experience of being there. You will have regrets if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night. »

« Everything about this visit was top rate! The B&B was clean, comfortable, (even has a theatre room!) and welcoming. The views from the patio are great in the morning and at night. You can sip your wine around the fire table and watch the sun set over the mountains. Dennis and Janet are warm and pay attention to every detail to make your stay remarkable! »

« The property is older but remodeled and updated cute. However there were some issues we had along our 3 night stay. 1. The longer we were there, the more an overwhelming smell of cat urine crept through the unit. 2. The Backdoor is directly inline with the couch and has no window covering over the large window. 3. The shower was slow to drain and was constantly filled around my feet. »

« This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. »
