"The hotel was in a great location for the COHO ferry and close to downtown. The staff was amazingly helpful with check in, storing bags prior to checkin, and with various small requests while we stayed. The city view from our room was beautiful, the room, hallways, elevators, and pool/gym were wonderfully clean and tidy. From valets, front desk, housekeeping, and gym/pool staff, all were friendly and helpful. We had absolutely nothing to complain about! 😀 "

"Love the 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious and clean. The outdoor area provides enough space for my German Shepherd to roam around. Walkable distance to the Fishman wharf and the Parliament House but it is located in a quiet area. Would love to stay here again next time."

"This is a hotel grade hotel! A luxury with having driver tourists in mind. Exquisite breakfasts and attention to the details and materials in design of the rooms is visible. Fireplace in the room, high quality wood work like TV counsel and etc… Exceptional scenery. Healthcare grade accessibility in the bathroom. Room was clean and staff are professional and polite. The only thing that came to my mind and won’t decrease the stars of this review, was a crack on the wood headwall of one of the...

"Clean, walking distance."

"We liked that the hotel was close to the inner harbor, Royal BC Museum, Empress, bus to Butchart Gardens, restaurants and events for the Victoria Day weekend. Check-in and check-out were easy & efficient. The only down side was that breakfast of any kind was NOT INCLUDED for the pretty penny price. Starbucks coffee in the room was good."
