« Il y a un certain laisser aller dans cet hôtel . Les repas sont servis normalement jusqu’à 14 h mais si vous arrivez à 13 h 30 l on ne vous sert plus . Le réassort de bouteilles d eaux ( pour lequel l on paye un supplément journalier ) n est pas systématiquement fait , j ai dû en demander à la réception plusieurs fois . Une fois ma chambre n a même pas été faite !!! Le personnel de la réception est par contre très réceptif aux demandes et mets tout en œuvre pour aider . Nous avons séjourné...

« Hotel was fine. Shuttle bus was awful! He did not stop at the hotel pickup where I was waiting (where I was supposed to be waiting!) and I had to chase him to get in the van. Then the next day he drove right past it headed to terminal two and I had to tell him to stop that he missed the hotel shuttle drop off and I need to get off the van. So instead of circling back to the stop, which would have been simple to do, he just pulled over half way between terminal 1 and 2 and just let me out to...

« L'hôtel est très bien MAIS attention au parking. Il est annoncé comme " libre " par l'hôtel sur le site de hotes.com. On peut donc s'attendre à trouver un parking de stationnement. Que nenni il s'agit uniquement d'un parking sous-sol à 30 $ la nuit. Vous êtes simplement libre de payer si vous voulez vous garer. Nous avions sélectionné cet établissement légèrement en dehors de Washington, justement pour éviter des frais de parking. A l'accueil, on nous précise que sur le site officiel de l'hôtel,...

« The room/suite looks nice, but the bathroom would need to be updated. It smells a bit humidity. The bed is not that comfy but for one night it was okay.The breakfest was good and a lot of variety. The service when we came in almost a midnight was very slow and there was fees that was not mentioned when I booked and parking fees which I didn't know either. »

« Still not sure what i paid for. The place was neglected, dirty, with debris on the floor, mould in shower, cracks on the wall, paint plaking off the walls. The place is not insulated so cold air was seeping in through the gaps around the window. It was freezing outside and the flimzy heater was not keeping up with cold air coming in. I ended up getting additional blankets and sleeping in several sweaters. They never cleaned the parking lot from the snow, even 3 weeks after the snowfall. If you...

« We were a bit disappointed. We were stuck in a basement room. The hotel was not what we remembered. We went there to relive our 1st Valentine’s say, which was 28 years ago. It was a bit shabby. The Marriott chain purchased it, so we expected it to be even more special, than it was 28 years ago. There was no mention, when we checked in that the front door of the hotel, would be locked at night. We rang the bell, but received no answer. We finally realized we had to use our key card to get in....

"L'hôtel est très bien MAIS attention au parking. Il est annoncé comme " libre " par l'hôtel sur le site de hotes.com. On peut donc s'attendre à trouver un parking de stationnement. Que nenni il s'agit uniquement d'un parking sous-sol à 30 $ la nuit. Vous êtes simplement libre de payer si vous voulez vous garer. Nous avions sélectionné cet établissement légèrement en dehors de Washington, justement pour éviter des frais de parking. A l'accueil, on nous précise que sur le site officiel de l'hôtel, les choses sont clairement indiquées, mais que Hotel.com ne relais pas correctement l'information. "
