« Très déçue de l’hôtel The Logan à Philadelphie. Malheureusement, le « By Hilton » nous a faussé notre choix. Un service déplorable, un sens de l’accueil inexistant et un personnel froid et virulent. Les prix ne sont pas exorbitant et je comprends mieux pourquoi. Bonne option pour une ou deux nuits si on fait abstraction de l’humain. »
