« The property itself is good and the location as well. But the entire building is unsafe as it has only one exit. The entrance door was having a fault were we can't go out and no one would come. And there where no other exists to let us out. We were there for half an hour helpless. One other tenant passed through the window from outside when to his apartment and brought and iron help force the door. Which means if it was fired we could have died. The agent where not helpful. « Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und das Team sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Küche nicht genutzt. Kaffee und Frühstück haben wir von einer nur 7 Min. entfernten Bäckerei geholt dann die große Balkonterrasse genutzt. Die ist zwar zur Straße, aber dort ist nicht viel Verkehr. In der Nachbarschaft wird gebaut, aber die Baustelle ist schon fortgeschritten und hat ebenfalls nicht gestört. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
