"We got in late and went out early the next day, coming and going from Halifax to Martinique and travelling with 4 adults and 4 children. They gave us adjoining rooms ( without even asking) - so perfect. It made it so much simpler to get to and from gates being right in the terminal. Room service was good for everyone but me ( I have food allergies ) It is pricey, for sure, but when travelling with children and mobility impaired (me), it was worth it! "Very large comfortable room. Great bed, sheets, pillows. Le Labo toiletries. Staff very nice, especially the concierge. Cons: heavy construction across the street from our room. Extremely loud, beginning at 7am. This will be going on for several months. Be aware and request rooms in the opposite side of the hotel."

"Room was not proper. Waste basket was full from previous guest. Safe box didn’t work. The air condition was super loud and woke me up at night. The restaurant was closed (was supposed to be open and functioning). Overall not a great experience. "
