« Late arroval with 2 huge luggage's and the person at the desk give us a room at the 3rd level... without elevator !!! We reclam to use one who go only at the second floor! Then the A/C in the room 1304 make a noise! It looks like sleeping near a plane! horrible! And the windows are not double glazing so with the road in front it was a disaster! We were so enthousiastic by seeing the pictures and at the end so deeply disappointed. »

« Highly recommend! The property was great - with the stunning lobby, fast elevators, and clean, bright unit. Check was not required (after completing the online process & getting my code). « The Inn is stunning. Very much a Luxury BnB! Terrific location, we walked to the museums, local churches, restaurants, etc. The staff were wonderful, helping us with everything. Nice to grab a glass of wine, or two, (provided by the Inn) in the afternoon on the outdoor deck after a day of playing tourist. The breakfasts were superb and much more than we expected. Definitely the place to stay when you are in the Pittsburgh region! »

« The apartment we stayed in was very nice for the price we paid. We did have minor issues when arriving to the house but the property managers were very quick to respond and solve them for us. The included parking and bus stop right in front of the house that takes you downtown was amazing. Overall a wonderful stay! »
