"The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. "Staff are not hoteliers. They know nothing about working in a hotel. Zero customer service. Rooms are very old and never maintained. Everything is broken inside..shower, lights, bed, couch, desk with no chair. This property shouldn't be rated. Below 0 star..not exaggerating!"
