The only thing I didn't like is the check-in and check-out timing. Check-in is at 18.00 (too late) and check-out is at 9.00 (too early). Additionaly, in the policies it was written that the music was not allowed, however, there was a lot of music for the baby dance and other internal events"

"Clean Room but the AC only works when you’re in the room, therefore every time you leave and get back the room is warm. There’s no pool only the ocean water, certainly different but beautiful views all around. The beach areas have assigned lounges, this is ridiculous for paying guests to have to sit where they place you when there are plenty of other empty chaises! The hotel can use some TLC, feels dated except for the terrace area which is very nice for dining and enjoying appetitive. Lastly, only ran into 2 staff members who spoke English, challenging but we made it work. The area is excellent as it’s walkable and feels safe. Parking is provided by hotel. "
