"First time staying in Omni was a good experience. It was a nice hotel and we stayed for a day it was very nice we paid for a premium king bed room but unfortunately the AC did not work so we called the front desk and they helped us to a different room and we were lucky enough to get a suite! It was an awesome staff to help us from that little issue. I’d definitely stay again. First time stays get a complimentary drink or coffee and it was nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. "

"Customer service and staff are excellent, very helpful. Front Desk staff very cordial and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is amongst the best in hotels. Restaurant dining menu is great, with numerous options. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, housekeeping is always responsive. Definitely one of the best locations to stay in the DFW Airport area."

"In a nice small town but convenient area! They were working on some areas of the hotel so strange men who looked at us crazy were always down the hall but luckily my husband was with me. Overall the hotel is 10/10! "
