"We stayed as a couple at this property for three nights at the end of April, the staff were very engaging through check out and helpful with where we could eat etc. It is very close to public transport and walkable to main square etc. When we got our room it was mddle of the day and there was alot of traffic as we were on the 3rd floor facing the road, I went back to reception and explain there was alot of noise. "The hotel is centrally located in a very nice and safe part of Lisbon. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast delicious and available amenities very nice. The only issue we ran into was that the restaurant recommendations from the staff were terrible. Do NOT eat at Gina’s - some of the worst food of the trip."

"What a pretty little hotel! Friendly staff, they literally went above and beyond to help me with a shopping confusion, and gave me recommendations for food and sightseeing. The room was a good size, the bathroom beautiful, the products in the bathroom were excellent. The breakfast buffet is a reasonable price and very good, everything that we wanted to eat and more. "

"Needed an airport hotel and this was great. Enough room. Shower was nice. Check in was easy. The only issue was getting a taxi or Uber, no one could find the place so it took 20 mins to get a Bolt and then the next driver tried to drop us off in the back of the building and we had to walk around. It’s just not a flashy building which we liked."

"This hotel was close to the airport so a Bolt ride was cheaper than elsewhere in Lisbon. It would have been convenient for the hotel to have an airport shuttle like we hard a family member's Holiday Inn Express had."
