Less than 2 hours later we received an e-mail that said they couldn't give us the room, but they offered us 2 rooms for the same price. The rooms was large, with a kitchenette and plenty of room. The hotel area itself is beautiful, by the lake and with a big recreational area. We will definitive be back. "

"Das über Hotels.com gebuchte Zimmer war überhaupt nicht frei Laut Aussage des Hotelbesitzers war das Zimmer nicht bei hotel.com eingegeben, es gab keine Reservierungs-Abfrage von Hotels.com, und entsprechend auch keine Bestätigung für unsere Buchung, das Hotel hatte überhaupt keine Geschäftsbeziehung zu hotel.com mehr. Um so erstaunlicher ist es, dass wir eine Bestätigung für ein nicht vorhandenes Zimmer bekamen. Hotels.com scheint den Überblick über ihre Zimmer verloren zu haben. Konsequenz:...
