« Tout était parfait à l’exception de l’amabilité d’une certaine hôtesse d’accueil. Rarement vu quelqu’un d’aussi désagréable. Heureusement tous ne l’étaient pas. Pavao était au top et au petit soin chaque matin et soir pour le petit déjeuner et dîner. Et je recommande le restaurant le soir. Très bon ! »

« Rien à reprocher au personnel qui est d'une extrème courtoisie et d'une grande disponibilité. Celà étant, durant le weekend que nous y avons passé nous avons constaté que les 4 étoiles ne sont pas méritées. Depuis l'idromassage de la baignore qui ne fonctionne pas, au sauna qui est éteint, en passant par la piscine qui est plus une arrière-pensée dans la prairie qu'un lieu créé pour etre utilisé, les installations sont un rien viellottes. L'entrée de la "villa", édifice où se trouvait notre...

« We stayed at Resort Schrofenblick in the Penken Apartment (3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom) and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything in the apartment is top quality. From the moment you enter, you notice the attention to detail. Starting with the Nuki Smart Lock at the entrance, which was very convenient. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Bora cooker, Bosch oven and dishwasher, and even very heavy, high-quality pans (likely cast iron), which really shows...

Belles chambres, deux superbes piscines intérieures avec chaises longues (une pour familles avec enfants et une pour adultes), saunas divers, très bons repas. Personnel sympathique et prévenant. Parking gratuit. Peignoirs et tongs dans la chambre à disposition. Les bus (tous gratuits avec le forfait ski) passent devant l'hôtel pour monter dans les stations ou aller rejoindre d'autres stations de ski, ce qui est très pratique. »

"Tout était parfait à l’exception de l’amabilité d’une certaine hôtesse d’accueil. Rarement vu quelqu’un d’aussi désagréable. Heureusement tous ne l’étaient pas. Pavao était au top et au petit soin chaque matin et soir pour le petit déjeuner et dîner. Et je recommande le restaurant le soir. Très bon !"
