« This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hôtels like that. »

« It is a secluded place where the staff strive to give an excellent personalised service. Affordable price, it's your home away from home. Air conditioning, WiFi service with a smile. I was even able to host friends and family while there and it was not an issue. Surprised such a great place with helpful people exists »

« Overall, it was a great stay. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the sofa and shower. The sofa was not comfortable to sit on and the shower could use more room to set your bathroom things. Overall it was great. Food was a little better than great. Service also was over the top. Thank you so much. »

"This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hôtels like that. "
