The only negative thing was when we arrived at 4:15 PM we were told our room wasn’t ready yet and check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. « This hotel was amazing!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was so nice and so clean. The design and character of this hotel was absolutely beautiful, like nothing I’ve ever seen before! It was 10/10\. I will for sure be going back here whenever I need a place to stay in the cities. Didn’t do any shopping, as I had an event to go to. But lots of bars and restaurants around. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely too! The only thing was parking. Luckily we found a meter right...

« The hotel is well located and attractive. They don’t tell you in advance that you may not be able to park in their lot (with in-and-out privileges) and may have to park in the UM deck instead. Water pressure left something to be desired. It was crowded and hard to catch an elevator. Lots of high school kids stayed for competitions while we were there and it was very loud. They congregated in the halls without regard to other guests. »

« Great hotel, the only things I would not recommend is the guys they call you if you need a cab. He charged us 70$USD to get to st-paul and we had tonpay him cash. Once again verry nice hotel, but use Uber if you need a cab! »
