« Suite chambre de chambre 2x… (fuite d’eau dans la 1ere et taille de la chambre pas conforme à la réservation…) nous nous sommes retrouvé surclassé en chambre Premium… avec bacon avec vue sur… le lobby. Très étrange d’avoir des chambre avec vue sur le bâtiment intérieur. Quoi qu’il en soit le personnel était très accueillant et compréhensif, literie sympa, grande salle de bain, et en plein centre ville. »

« The hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the hotel bar, breakfast area, to the modern rooms, the AC Hotel had it all. Plus, it's right next to Great American Ballpark and located on the strip with numerous restaurants and bars. Will definitely be staying there again. »

« We were in there for the Cincinnati Open championship weekend. This hotel is an official Cincinnati open hotel where many players were staying. Very well maintained but looked a little quiet. The occupancy might be very low. The restaurants in the property were closed for special events mostly probably for the Cincinnati Open. Overall good hotel. »

« VERY nice property conveniently located where I needed. Excellent and friendly staff from the valet to the front desk and restaurant staff. My family had two rooms. The double bed room was a little small but king bed room was spacious and had a nice couch in there which would have been nice in the double room as well. I would definitely stay there again and appreciated the pleasant stay. I was nervous that it would be a small boutique that would not meet our needs but that was not the case. »

« We chose the Lytle Park Hotel for a romantic weekend getaway. We stayed in one of the suites. The room was gorgeous and had beautiful furnishings and decor. The luxury bedding and bath amenities added to the ambience of our stay. The hotel has a lovely lobby bar as well as an authentic Italian restaurant with a variety of options to suit everyone. There is also a rooftop bar to enjoy in the evening. All in all, the Lytle Park Hotel did not disappoint. »

« The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room. »

« It was lovely and convenient. The art gallery was a nice touch. Too bad the pool was closed. »

« It was difficult to get in as we needed an app to get in the apartment. The information given were misleading letting you think we could enter with a code. It took forever to get assistance. The place was “clean” in surface only. I had no sheets on both beds, we ask multiple time to get this fixed, but from lack of personal or communication they were never delivered. For me it’s a 2/10 only because of service to customers. »
