"We all loved and were comfortable inside this beautifully renovated home. Plenty of room for 12 people. Only a couple of minor suggestions. Showers should have handle for elderly or handicapped. The back deck needs work and grass was not cut in back...but it was so hot that we didn't have a need to use it. Would readily rent again if we are in the area."

"Wonderful Location. Just 1 mile to pedestrian bridge, to walk over to Broadway, with free parking at that parking lot. Quiet neighborhood. Nicely updated. Fun Nashville decor. Very Clean. Has all the amenities of a small house including washer and dryer. We saved lots of money cooking at the house. We loved it and would hear again. "

"The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious, just what we were looking for as a group of 7. However, communication was terrible with the management company. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info. All they had was a number to call and a girl on the other end that was clueless. I felt bad for her because I called her so many times and her answer was always “let me ask my supervisor”. For beginners, the directions...

"The home was amazing. Easy to get transportation all over the city. Felt super safe. Everything we needed!! "

"Amazing house, highly recommend staying with kids and pets. The bunkbeds are an instant hit with the kids. Be careful with the cabinet between the bunkbeds, it is tethered to the wall but the lamp is not and has taken some abuse. Thankfully we noticed before and took it down before it crashed down on a kids head. The communication was top nitch and super easy check-in and out. Great experience, and would definitely stay again! "
