"Everything was clean and tidy. Walkable to Union Station and Rogers Centre. It was a bit confusing to find the door closest to the reception area for checking in... rather than haul luggage down some stairs and thru the eating/drinking area."

"Beautiful hotel, very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. I removed one star because there was something weird going on with the lights. When we got into bed, the switch on one side of the bed would turn everything off, with no way for the person on the other side of the bed to keep the reading light on, or to leave the bathroom light on. That one master switch beside the bed (same one beside the door) turns everything off. Also the power plug on one side of the bed did not charge - there are no USB plug ins in the room, you need a converter for USB. The bar was a nice environment with some fun cocktails, the staff were friendly, the valet service very convenient, and it's well located within walking distance to a lot of places. We would stay there again."
