Continental breakfast on the floor and cookies in the afternoon with fresh fruit all day was delightful. The rooftop bar was amazing. The lobby restaurant was incredible. However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings...."
