« Check in was adequate and the room itself and bed were exceptionally comfortable. Over the top comfortable bed. The restaurant across the alley was bustling busy, but the hostess at the hotel assisted in making sure there was a reservation for us as hotel guests. "mixed by a person at reception who pulls a face and makes no effort! However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings...."

"Hotel et chambre standard très moyen. Rideau de douche déchiré. Salle de bain pas propre (encore des poils des gens précédents) 2 serviettes de bain alors que nous étions trois.
