The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the area has a lot to offer. The only negative from this trip was that none of the ice makers on any of the floors were working, so I had to get ice from the bar. After jumping multiple floors (the elevator automatically returns to the lobby once you exit), what should've been a quick errand turned into 15 minutes just to get ice. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago.
