"We loved everything about the hotel. It was truly a 5 star, luxury hotel. We booked a Seaview room - the room and bathroom were modern and luxurious with a rain shower , bathrobes, fluffy towels and everything you would expect. "Our room had no balcony, even though in the pictures it seems this room category should have had a balcony. However, it didn’t bother us too much, since we only booked for two nights. The room was clean, well kept and bathroom recently refurbished. The personnel was very nice and promptly helped us with all of our queries. If we will ever travel again to Ioannina we will definitely re-book again at this hotel. "

"The GPS in maps app, could not find the location. It’s not an easy street to drive or park, very narrow two ways steep street that only locals know how to get in and out. The room is on the Small side, tiny shower. The town and beaches are incredible, but packed with tourist in July-august."
