"Rebecca at the front desk is truly exceptional! I had some issues over a few days, and she went above and beyond to ensure my next room was perfect. She genuinely made up for the lost sleep and inconvenience caused by the toilet, sink, and missed room service. Rebecca was incredibly pleasant and attentive, making me feel valued and never rushed. She's the main reason I chose to extend my stay with Hilton. She's a tremendous asset, and I'm so glad she's the first person I encounter when I arrive. Because of Rebecca, I have rated this so much higher."

"This hotel was very clean and in a great area walking distance to everything you need! Check in and out was a breeze! The only thing about this hotel is it does not have a pool which the website states but we will definitely be staying here again! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. "

"It was in an area with several restaurants within walking distance. My room smelled like a pack of cigarettes. I didnt mention it to the staff but i felt like they would have tried to accommodate me. I was just in a rush to get to an event. The bed was comfy, and staff were nice, room was clean. "
