"When I stay here I have to work and the Alex is so well set up for this. The mezzanine floor feels like a second floor where I can work in a beautiful environment and grab a coffee or wine whenever I want. I always appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms too. Everything feels crisp and hygienic which is important to me. "

"There was a staff member there with half die pink hair that seemed very rude towards me when serving my drinks. All other staff were amazing "
