« I did not expect the level of thoughtful details: water at checkin, freshly ground beans coffee machine, a lot of variety in their tea bags, various pillow firmness, plenty of toiletries (Dove), decent breakfast and the sweetest staff. Gym was alright, a little dated but many different weights. The indoor pool was pretty large and the hot tub was great, too. Never ran out of pool towels. Super convenient location. If you’re traveling with kids check out the Circle Park playground and Fire...

However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »

« Check in was adequate and the room itself and bed were exceptionally comfortable. Over the top comfortable bed. The restaurant across the alley was bustling busy, but the hostess at the hotel assisted in making sure there was a reservation for us as hotel guests. We found a piece of metal wire in our burger from the restaurant. Besides that, the food was pretty good but not very impressive. In the morning, a small coffee area was available between the elevator and the lobby desk area. There were...
