« The reception desk was kind and delightful. They were having a system issue that was impacting check-ins and they were so nice and polite. I had a memorial to get to and they walked me to my room to check in so I could get ready and be on time. The ladies continued to be kind even when other folks were escalating due to an Expedia booking error that wasn’t on the hotel. And let me tell you, some folks aren’t nice.
