"Arrived well before check in time, our flight arrived at 8am so i called from the airport to ask about early check in as check in was at 2pm.i was told our room was ready to go. Walking distance to the shops, crown and convention centre. Place was clean and quiet. Highly recommend."

"ideal for a quick stay over, easy book in and out, breakfast was said to be buffe style nope, this could be an opportunity to do better. room was to standard, extra pillows and larger bed as requested and was delivered. Will be going back to take advantage of the pool and sauna on a longer stay. "

"The staff are, mostly, magnificent. One or two exceptions but that's par for the course with luxury hotels. I love the full-size pool/billiards table (found on level 6, Games Room) and the in-room dining is generally excellent. I was only disappointed by the lack of options on the menu, though everything is prepared to a high standard. The breakfast buffet (available on level 5, FiVth restaurant) is from 6:30 to 8:30 or thereabouts. We enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend the Oakwood Premier."
