"Cheaper than budget hotel and 10 times better"
We arrived around 20.00hrs and checked into our very nice room, we ordered a bar meal as the restaurant was fully booked, my wife ordered the handmade burger and chips but unfortunately it arrived quite bloody and she was unable to eat it. The staff, without fuss sorted out another meal burger again which was better but she had lost her appetite by then so a bit of a shame. Breakfast was very nice and overall a lovely hotel which represented very good value for money, we had a lovely stay thank you.

Staff, facilities, room all great - clean, modern, very nice hotel - only downside was the wireless in the room which was very flaky maybe b/c I was in the very last room in the hallway. Staff was kind enough to let me into a vacant conference room at night to do some work, and the wireless was fine in there.

"Hotel in transition - with very pleasant staff."
Facilities dated, but clean. Everything about room & hotel absolutely fine, except - Reception having to work with 2 computer systems (old and new because of recent change of ownership presumably). No information about hotel (mealtimes etc) in room at all. Heated towel rail not working because fuse removed before our visit. Reason for fuse removal not known by handyman (who arrived very promptly on request). Understandably he didn't want to risk adding new fuse until reason known.

"One Night Stopover"
Reception staff efficient. The room was OK and bed comfortable. Food was good, but overall the hotel is a bit expensive for what it is, in my view.

Nice hotel but staff couldn't quite understand when I went up to reception and asked for water he thought I meant robes or dressing gown I put it down to he was foreign and I would say most of the staff were such a shame
