« Un hotel grand luxe pour une pietre prestation ! - Personne n'a répondu à ma demande écrite, lors de la réservation, d'une prise en charge à l'aéroport. - Je n'ai eu que des problèmes de connexion informatique jamais résolus puisqu'en rentrant en Europe, la majorité de mes mails envoyés n'avait pas été reçus - l'accès à l'hotel était en travaux et exigeait un détour assez embouteillé Bref ... un agacement journalier à m'entendre demandé sans cesse si tout allait bien ! Un client décu, d'autant...

« Hôtel assez luxueux où il partent du principe que si vous venez d'Europe vous avez énormément d'argent, dixit le vendeur de la boutique. Nous avions réserver une chambre pour 3 ( 2 adultes et 1 enfant) au final juste un grand lit pour dormir a trois et au final ils ont essayé de nous facturer un lit supplémentaire. »

« Je recommande cet hôtel, idéalement situé juste à côté du centre commercial et du métro, dans le quartier de Vadapalani. Bien que ce quartier de Chennai soit animé et bruyant, la chambre est calme et le petit-déjeuner impeccable. Le restaurant rooftop propose un buffet façon grill. J’y ai dîné lors de ma dernière soirée, assis devant la piscine. Un moment de détente… avec quelques piqûres de moustiques. J’ai également cru apercevoir une souris dans un buisson près de la piscine, mais cela ne...

MAIS ÉNORME PROBLÈME D'ODEUR D'HUMIDITÉ DANS LES CHAMBRES ET COULOIRS AVEC LESQUELLES ON A EU DU MAL À DORMIR LES PREMIÈRES NUITS. »
