Luxury 3BR/3BA Cottage with the Best Sunset Views in the Florida Keys!


Professionally decorated, fully renovated Cottage with 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathroom Cottage located in the Village at Hawks Cay on Sunset Drive. Spend your vacation taking in fabulous sunsets right off one of the two balconies. The interior has been completely renovated. New furniture, bedding, flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Samsung TVs and much more. You will absolutely love the accommodations our Cottage offers you and your guests. Our designer and contractor designed it with you in mind! Come relax with us in the fabulous Florida Keys.

The Kitchen is open to the dining room and living room which is open and airy with natural light filtering in from the windows and sliding glass doors. This opens up to your own patio which overlooks the crystal clear waters of Duck Key and Tom's Harbor. Sit on the patio on either floor and take in the unforgettable sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay to dine in should you choose to.

The Living Room has a West Indies motif and is equipped with a sleeper sofa, two deep seating chairs and 52" Samsung TV, surround sound, Blu-Ray player and iPod docking station, free WiFi and over 100 HD channels for your enjoyment!

One of the main reasons The Florida Keys has become a vacation hot spot for east coasters is the weather. The weather is beautiful year round in Duck Key with average temps in the 70's throughout winter.

Two of the bedrooms are located upstairs and have their own private bathroom and TVs, and a third bedroom is located downstairs with its own TV. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king bed with a new pillow top mattress. The Guest Room has 2 Queen beds, both with new pillow top mattresses, and the third guest room has a new Queen pillow top mattress.

Come see for yourself why The Florida Keys has been our family’s favorite vacation spot for the last 20 years. Whether swimming with dolphins, fishing, diving or enjoying a day at the spa, our Cottage at the Villages at Hawks Cay offers something for everyone.

We do not participate in the Hawks Cay Resort Rental program and therefore can offer discounted rates on our Cottage of up to 50% savings. Therefore, you will not have access to the resort or any of its amentities.

Lovely stay in this beautiful home. Very relaxing and enjoyed the outdoor table and deck areas. Really appreciated the downstairs guest room. Also it was nice to have plenty of pods for the dishwasher & washing machine.Comments- remote in upstairs guest room was broken- light over stove not working - add a set of metal mixing bowls- add a large frying pan- add a covered butter dish- add a rubber mat for the showers - the shower faucet handles are loose which makes the water temperature control difficult. The temperature varied quite a bit without moving the handle

while the house was at a great location there was a fewproblems.1. We had six people in the house but there was only one..9 inch pan to cook breakfast. the rest of the cookwarelooked ancient, black and not useable.2. My husband and I stayed on the low level because the stairs were a little steep. They should have a carpet on each step for stability.3. my husband and I stayed down stairs in the small bedroom because of the steps. I was so small, the bedwas shoved against the wall and I who needs to get up during the night had to climb down to the edge to get out.

Amazing little cottage.

The place was spotless, had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The list of suggestions are great. Extremely easy to get in and out with an amazing view of the little bay, host was great to deal/communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location!!!

An excellent rental in an amazing location. More than enough space for our family of six. And the two decks overlooking the water with prefect sunset views would be tough to beat. Away from the crowds of bigger islands/towns, but close enough to towns for restaurants, grocery stores, and fun tours/excursions.

Very well maintained,had everything we needed. Blue book was well prepared with rules and suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We would only suggest a griddle of some kind to cook pancakes or eggs. Overall it was great.

The views are beautiful - especially the top floor and the beds were very comfortable. Good Variety of small kitchen tools/appliances. The house could use a refresh (dark and dated furniture) and there were some dusty areas of house (especially bathroom)

Gorgeous location!

This condo is so beautiful! It was the perfect space for our family plus grandparents - spacious and clean. We loved all the access to outdoor space. The kitchen was well-equipped and you could not beat the sunset. The Cabana Club was fun and the beach was great! We also loved Sombrero Beach. Owners were friendly and responsive as well. We are already talking about our next visit.

Three couples traveling together. Mattresses need updating. If the use of a pool is important, this is not the place to stay. Our major issue was with the 'Pool' listed in amenities. FYI it is an 8mi drive to this Pool! Not child friendly! Not adult friendly! Pool is size one would have in your backyard! Six adults were treated like 8 year old's who were in Detention in school! We were courteous and patient but property manager/drill Sargent Ellie would not let us speak. We tried to explain why we were there but she repeatedly interrupted us, not listening to our very simple question. Example - she yelled at us to look at her while she was talking! because one of our group turned to look at the pool area. I could go on.... We are not sure if Management requires her to guard this very small pool like it's Fort Knox or if she is just high on having authority, but there was no cause for the rudeness and insulting behavior. The 20 minutes left a very bad taste with all of us. Although condo is located in Hawks Kay property, we suggest Owner HIGHLIGHT there is NO access to ANY of the Hawks Kay facilities (including Pool, Spa, Beach and Restaurant) and forego the little pool 8 miles away completely. We were wrong to assume the drive to this little pool would be worthwhile as being comparable to Hawks Kay! Some of this information is provided after you confirm your reservation but doesn't tell the real story.

Christmas in the Keys

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome celebrating my youngest son's birthday and Christmas. The home had everything we needed and was well cared for. We had great views of the sunset over the harbor each night and the neighborhood is clean and quiet.

Thanksgiving Paradise

This place was so nice!!! Loved the sunsets and was well equipped with all the things you needed. Beds and pillows were so comfy! The Cabanna Club membership that comes with the Condo was great (it is 7 miles down the road, but who cares we were on vacation) We sunbathed, ate there and swam in the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place. Loved IT!!
