"Nice Enough"
I booked this hotel due to location and the jacuzzi tub was nice, the bed was comfortable a little outdated, but I did not mind. However, the FRIDGE was so loud, it woke me up every two hours when all I really needed and wanted from this hotel room was a nice solid sleep. I finally had to pull the breaker on the fridge. I sleep through storms and I could not sleep through this fridge noise. Due to this, I would not say it is worth the money. Spend a little more and find one with a newer, quieter fridge!

"Always good"
This is my 4th time staying at the Aava and won't be my last. The staff are always available and helpful. It's close to the village core without being noisy. This visit I ended up with an accessible room, which was fine with the exception of me flooding the entire bathroom while taking a shower (completely my fault).

"Excellent hotel close 30min from Whistler"
We really enjoyed our stay. Our main purpose was to go snowboarding and Whistler and didn't want to pay the absurd prices to stay in Whistler Village, so we booked this hotel. They provide a shuttle to Whistler that leaves at 8am and returns at 4am. Shuttle is very punctual and drops you very close to the gondola. We found this quite convenient.

"Business trip"
I was there on a business trip. I was pleased with the layout and the fact that the kitchen was will laid out. In the context of being on business, I think it would be a great place to actually plan a social dinner function.

"Perfect location..walking distance to everything. "
This is a time share hotel. All the rooms are suites and are privately owned....which means you have everything you need in the room, but not necessarily in the hotel. For instance, no on site food. You had better plan to bring what you want to eat or plan to walk to a restaurant. they do provide coffee in the room. You do not get daily room service and have to ask for more of anything if you need is (towels, soap, coffee, etc). The pool and hot tub are wonderful. If you get a room that has a view of the mountain, lucky you! ( except you also overlook the pool which is loud until 10 pm) Parking is underground and is an additional fee per day. If you arrive early, you can leave your bags, etc and start your vacation and come back to grab your keys to your room. All in all....worth every penny and then some!
