Beautiful winter wonderland retreat. This hotel is right in the heart of Whistler Village and a stone’s throw from the base of the mountain. Easy access to skiing.
We had a slight mix up in rooms when we checked in. Shar and team worked around the clock to make things right. Everyone was on the ball and performed in concert to make it all right. Very pleasant and professional employees. Rooms are comfy and service is top notch.
We chose this hotel for its position and were not disappointed. We have now moved down the road one kilometre because we have family joining us and this place is in much newer condition and significantly cheaper. We can still ski in and out.
We staid at the hotel for 3 nights and we were very pleased with our choice. The check in and out was easy and fast. We got a corner studio on the 6 th floor with a nice view. Room was small but very clean and cozy. Washer and Dryer - bonus! The hotel has a great location, very close to the Gondola ...
