"Highly reccomend"
This hotel is across the street from Whistler Village. The location is perfect. You can pay more for a hotel in the Village and be waken up by the late night crowd our room was clean and quiet.

Adara Hotel

Overall my stay at the Adara Hotel was good. Advantages - Staff are very nice and accommodating. As other reviews have indicated, the hotel supplies coffee/tea/hot water/apple cider daily and offers warm fresh snacks. Hotel decor is modern and chic. Location is great, easy access to the village. Valet parking gets discounted to $10 a day (instead of $20) if you like their Facebook page and use the 1/2 price offer. Disadvantages - There is 1 elevator for the hotel and it is incredibly slow considering the hotel only has 3 floors. There are no stairs (that I could find) apart from the emergency exit doors, therefore there wasn't an alternative way to get up and down. The walls of the hotel are thin. Although there is a 10pm "quiet time" that goes into effect... you can hear people walking/running down the halls, children screaming, sound from outside...etc. They supply you with earplugs but it would be a nicer, more comfortable stay if the hotel was not so noisy. The black throw blanket that was draped across the bed had white stains all over it and smelled really bad as if it doesn't get washed with the regular linens after guests stay in the hotel.

Good, budget hotel. Staff were responsive (room key didn't work...approached by several staff, one of who almost ran back to the lobby to replace the keys). Negatives? Bathroom grouting in need of bleach; not all rooms air conditioned. Breakfast ample and nourishing. Hotel very conveniently located. Overall a positive experience.

"Very affordable yet nice."
The hotel features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub which are well maintained and chlorine levels were good. The room had a nice layout and included a jacuzzi. The bathroom had a roomy shower stall but the floor had a couple of pubic hairs from the last visitor. Otherwise everything was clean and spotless, overall I was very happy especially since I paid $110 at a Super 8 in Victoria that was a total dive. This place was $139 for a family of 4 which is fantastic and the hotel was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, this is what I felt my vacation experience should have been at the other 3 hotels I stayed at while in the Vancouver/Victoria area.

"Gem of a Hotel!"
Besides the location and staff, it was the little things the hotel did or had like iPads in the room, candies for guests, "honour" store complete with hot chocolate, coffee

"Excellent location"
Great stay , super cute loft room. Was able to check in early, amazing location close to all amenities. There was no view from balcony, didn't matter to us. Only negative thing I can say is that our room smelled like there had been a smoker staying in it . Opened the balcony door to air it out and it was ok. If I would have been staying longer than 1 night would have requested a new room .

"Nice but had some issues."
Great location within walking distance to everything. Pool is amazing especially that it was open early to guests. Unfortunately the bed was terrible in the loft and the AC never cooled it down enough to make you want to sleep under the bedding.
