« Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Mein Zimmer war sauber uns ordentlich mit einem schönen Bad und einem wirklich bequemen Bett. Vom Balkon (mit einer Hängematte) hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge (wenn es die Wolken erlauben) Natürlich ist es aufgrund der zentralen Lage und des erstaunlichen Verkehrs recht laut, was aber durch die Annehmlichkeiten aufgewogen wird. Kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen! »

« Hotel is near MG marg. Winter green premium rooms have good view of mountain if weather is clear. Hotel has a lift which is very rare in Gangtok. Tamarind restaurant serves very delicious food, bit pricey but quality is worth it. And was served very well by Sajana in restaurant. Buffet breakfast is also nice and had decent variety during our 3 night stay. Rooms were clean and amenities are decent for the price. Room has heater. Winter green premium rooms are huge sized. Bathroom is also big but...

« Pauvre et froid l'accueil. Le buffet pour le déjeuner n'offrait que peu de choix. Pas de yaourt par exemple. Le service était confus- l'anglais pas compréhensible de certains employés est-il responsable? J'ai dû demander une tasse de thé à 5 reprises avant qu'on ne m'explique que c'était la faute de la cuisine s'il n'y en avait pas de prêt...Or nous n'étions qu'une poignée de clients attablés. Le service WiFi était pratiquement inexistant- je n'ai pas réussi à envoyer un seul message à partir...

« After I had to change hotels I chose to come to the Yangthang Heritage. Not only did the accept my last minute booking but also prepared a room immediately. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful with painted carvings throughout and is only a short walk to the market road. The dining was very good. The true highlight of my stay was the service. The service was exceptional and above and beyond anywhere I've stayed. If my travels ever return me to Gangtok the Yangthang...

« If the room faces the tea gardens, as ours was, the view is lovely & serene. Staff is polite, food is good, property is clean. Maintenance is poor. Mirrors were foggy, hand shower head was broken (and couldn’t be fixed even after telling them), 2nd day TV stopped broadcasting due lack of payment & no one knew what to do! »

« It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. I will like to stay again same place and even suggest others to experience. »
