"We were unable to check in until after 5:30 due to the house not being cleaned. When we arrived to the house the fridge was not cold at all and it took more than 2 days to start cooling our food/drinks. Additionally, the back door knob was completely broken off which was very inconvenient to access the back patio. Reached out to the manager about both of these issues and never heard back. "House was beautiful. The only problem is the management company will not let you enjoy your stay. Text every day about something you did or didn’t do. Watching you on cameras. Turn the air to 75/76 after you have turned it down. Wants you to leave the house immaculate.. But no cleaning supplies. I didn’t pay to clean the house when I left. Surely cleaning was included in the fee! Read their rules carefully before you accept."
