"We were very happy with our stay. Everything was clean throughout the Hotel. Our rooms were cleaned daily towels replaced…. Breakfast was good. All staff were friendly and helpful. Weekend part of stay was very expensive- we decided to arrive earlier and spend more nights making the overall rate per night more reasonable. It may be because US holiday weekend. I think all the rates in town were high for that weekend. I would definitely stay here again."

"A great location in the heart of the city, walkable to theaters and shops. Modern room decor, nice quality furnishings and friendly staff. One big caveat: If you have difficulty with stairs, this is unfortunately not the place for you, because you need to use stairs to get to any room from the front or back doors of the building, AND you need to climb stairs to reach the bathroom inside your loft suite, even if you're sleeping in the downstairs bed. (At least that was the case for our room.)...

The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night.
