« Hôtel situé au bord de l’autoroute dans la zone industrielle. La réceptionniste n’est pas aimable, l’hôtel est sombre, la moquette des couloirs est très sale, les lits ( doubles ?) sont petits. L’environnement est très bruyant ( Klaxons des camions dès 6:00 du matin ! »

« I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building. I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust". I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. »

She greeted me with open arms and was so helpful, she was attentive and made me feel valued. I truly appreciate it and will stay here again if and when I come back and visit Shreveport to see my friends. »

« So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. »
