"Being so close to the entrance at Zion was perfect! We had two toddlers so it was so nice to be able to easily go back to our rooms for a nap if needed after a morning hike, and the pool was wonderful. There was nothing wrong with our stay, room was spacious and beautiful. Only thing I wish in the hotel a breakfast included in the stay that would have been nice."

However, when notified, the front desk receptionist took care of assigning another room in good time.
