"Very comfortable room! Heating/cooling system worked perfectly! Quiet…loved the bed/mattress and fluffy pillows. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the sandman. The property was right across the big mall for some shopping and a short drive to Costco. The Hotel have a good size swimming pool unfortunately it closes by 10PM to all guests."

"Normally, being by the elevators does not bother me. Unfortunately, it was incredibly loud and noisy. It literally sounded like the people were in my room. Not fun to be woken up at 6:00 in the morning or late at night, both times I wish that the other guests were more considerate of the noise levels of the groups as there was kids soccer tournament. Situations kept happening that I did not have much patience for at the end I understand and respect it was a very busy weekend , I Could not...

"Nice well run resort. Our Villa flooded during our stay but this was promptly fixed. A kids club or activities for the kids would be great"

"Great downtown location and great if you aren't planning on driving out somewhere. Parking is a gamble. Small lot behind hotel and small underground lot fill up quickly. We were lucky to get a spot on the street at last minute on a Saturday night. Lots to walk to and a great park very close. Lots of food and drink options very close as well."

"The property and the location is great for being across the street from the airport, but I wasn’t expecting that I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to come pickup, I could walk to the hotels within 20 minutes, when I called, the person answered the phone stated that the shuttle service was available and it was in the way. Other than that, the hotel stay was good."
