"3 night booking. I arrived at about 9pm on the first night after a long and tiring journey, but my room was not ready. I had to wait about 30 minutes whilst staff went to get towels and soap, as well as a floor-standing fan - there was a fan already in the room but it was broken with the guard cover on the floor. "Firstly the property is up a very steep hill , there was no mention of this . The apartment is separate to the building in the photo. There was no internet , you had to go to the main building for this . The pool and breakfast was also there , we declined as it felt you were in someone’s house, intruding . Constant dog barking at night . The town itself is just a meeting point for elderly peodphiles and it was sickening ."

"The property and staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman at reception was wonderful. It was awkward as soon as I checked in as the owner requested I cancel the booking and pay directly to the property due to Hotels.com/Expedia failure to pay for multiple guests over the previous month's. The option was unavailable as Hotel.com policy for cancellation was fully nonrefundable. This means I'd have to pay twice if I cancelled. "Petit hotel trés agréable à Nosy Be. Les bungalows sont trés jolis et agréables. Point fort, la piscine, qui est grande et belle, extrêmement agréable aprés une journée de balade dans Nosy Be. La plage n'est pas trés belle (les belles plages sont plutôt sur les autres îles autour de Nosy Be), mais c'est quand même un vrai plus d'avoir un accès direct à la mer et le coucher de soleil sur la mer est magnifique ! Les pats proposés sont plutôt bons et les suggestions de l'ardoise permettent de...
