"Room and hotel was immaculately clean. Breakfast as always was delicious. Even though many guests were staying in the hotel this weekend it was still very quiet in our room. Staff was fantastic and helpful. I LOVED the HUGE a bathtub! "

"yes it is older but it was as clean as we have ever stayed. loved the view from our room and all the way around. Restaurant on site was great. hot tub was a little cloudy so needed some attention but the stay was great and we would stay again. "

"We loved the hotel and staff were great. Our room was a little smaller than we assumed looking at pictures. The bottom of the bath tub was peeling and it just wasn’t quite to our expectations. Overall we had a great experience though. "

"This is a well managed and cared for property. It’s an older building, but it’s cared for. It offers a great vibe and the hotel staff and cafe staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are small, but provide you with the necessities and the beds are comfy with lots of pillows. The property is not close to any relevant beaches or attractions, but It is right of the I-5 and it has the transit train station a block away. I’d stay at the rambler again without thinking twice. "

"Hotel is a wonderful gem in the Gas Lamp District, a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The only negative is that it is a wonderful old building and sound proofing is not as good as it could be. Earplugs solve that. I would stay there again."

"Phenomenal physical presentation-made to order breakfast and staff were amazing-hot tub relaxing -beds comfortable-only negative were curtains in bedroom not black out -too much light entered if you like to sleep in -bring your sleep mask "

"The place itself is beautiful and amazing! The only things we did not like were the noise from the constant planes leaving the airport and the highway being right there, as well as the $35 per day parking fee they charge. Other than that, the staff was kind and helpful, the place clean and beautiful, and location with things to do nearby was perfect!"
