"Sok Sabay is a beautiful oasis but outside the confines is garbage and skeletons of buildings that were started then abandoned before finished. The restaurant in the resort was a real surprise with Khmer and French influences. Staff can’t do enough for you. "Big construction site all around leaving everything covered in dust even the pool. Rooms filthy, no English speakningen staff, so they had to Call somebody from spiralfer eventhoug we had announsed a late arrival at 20pm. We payed for 3 rooms and were promissed a refund, since they only had 2 rooms for us, but it never came."

"The room was spacious, nice mattress and lots of pillows. Their pool is only open after 3 p.m. which is a downer. Even though I paid through Expedia, I was required to pay, in American cash, a deposit of $50.00. I got it back when I checked out. The hotel is steps from a long, fantastic beach on the Gulf of Thailand and my room over looked it."

"Nothing like the picture. There is no pool. Sihanoukville is all torn up. NO ROADS now during massive road construction to last about another year. Reserved two bungalows, one didn't lock! Switched out. For three days, only one cleaning. 2nd bungalow NO cleaning. What they call a restaurant was a patio with warmed food, full of flies. "

Beware US Dollars is king in Cambodia but you must have new money with no creases or tears. Credit cards not widely accepted and experienced many broken ATM’s. "
