"We booked 6 months ago. No record of our booking upon arrival. The young woman didn't even look up my name; she just said:" You want a room?" "Disappointing stay. The deck overlooking the Kunene River which is featured in the advertisement for the property is stunning. However, nothing else lived up to these expectations. Our booking showed a hotel room and when we arrived we were shown to what was apparently a "guides" room. The room was small, dark and dingy and was closed with a lock on a latch.
