"Convenient, Inexpensive, But the STAIRS!!"
Stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to King's Cross station. It was very convenient to catch the 7 am Eurostar train to Paris as we just literally walk over to the station. The location is also convenient just for catching the tube as you can catch many of the lines from King's Cross. The hotel itself was clean, we had no issues with the room. The staff were professional in our experience - not super friendly but not rude either. The stairs did not make sense at all. I like that they had a lift since a lot of small hotels in Europe do not, but you have to go down or go up a flight to get to the elevator from any floor. And when you get to your floor, there's a couple of steps down then a couple of steps up to get to your room. It was a bit confusing and annoying.

It is a nice hotel. And the location was quiet and good. Reception staff needs a bit more experience.

"Excellent but noisy"
The accommodations were nearly perfect for our family with three teenagers. Easily accessible for transit and directions given by the staff were accurate. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen has all new appliances including washer and dryer. You can easily prepare full meals (although there are only 4 dining chairs). We were grateful to have two bathrooms (one with a tub). The bedding was too warm for August and pillows and bed were on the soft side. The sofa bed is not very comfortable when it is pull out. The rooms were clean and fairly new with large windows. Shoreditch is a neat little area that has a great variety of eateries and clubs. Being a busy area made it very, very noisy at nights. We could hear loud music, lots of arguments and sirens throughout the night. It was difficult to control the temperature in the room which we needed to do since the weather changed from hot to cool during our stay. Wifi signal was not consistent. Only one key was given to us so we had to arrange our day accordingly. Overall minor issues for a great stay in Shoreditch.

"Place to stay in London"
Reasonably central, probably about a mile from the main attractions. Although it is on a hotels website it is more of an apartment hotel so we did not see any staff so unable to give a realistic mark above for this, although the office staff were very helpful for the key collection. The site is a perfectly reasonable one for a stay in London, although at the moment there is a lot of building work going on in the vicinity so there was rather a lot of noise from the jackhammers from 9am. Still, you don't come to London to stay indoors so this spurred us on to be up and about. I am sure that when the building work is all finished, the area will be improved so this is just a temporary situation.

"Cute little hotel"
The lady on the reception desk was the friendliest person on the planet! So warm and welcoming and had the best sense of humour ever. The room was spacious and very clean and smelt really nice too! Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean too. Would definitely stay again.

"The location fit my needs as I was visiting family"
The hotel was consistently clean. The cleaning staff was very nice. The room was basic but fitted my needs. There is always someone at the front desk. I considered myself as a low maintenance customer. I stayed 17 days and two nights three days I traveled and didn't use the hotel; yet when I asked for a late check out 1.5 hours (12:30) I was nicely allowed the extension but only for 1 hour. I felt the ask could have been met. Overall I would use this hotel again as it is close to family and clean.

"clean and comfortable hotel"
Quite central for Islington High Street . All main bus routes into London stop virtually out side the hotel. Excellent Fish and Chip shop / restaurant only four doors away from hotel. Breakfast was adequate consisting of two choices of cereal, toast , croissants , brioche, yoghurts and fruit. Tea, coffee , orange juice. Bathroom was clean , towels supplied as well as body and hair shampoo.
