"Great stay. Very nice hotel and great location in downtown Grand Rapids. Parking is $38 per vehicle but it is very secure and pretty standard for downtown Grand Rapids. "

"2 bedroom 2 bath room was spacious, with privacy for all. Living room furniture and kitchen cupboards definitely worn. Bathrooms and bedrooms were immaculate and comfortable. Location was perfect to De Vos and many excellent restaurants. Most importantly their check out is noon compared to 11 am like most. Would stay again."

"The pull out sofa bed was awful - could feel every spring in the mattress and the entire frame was tilted so that the feet were higher than the head. The room was clean except the pull out bedding was dirty. Lighting in room was extremely dim and insufficient. Front desk service + cleanliness of main entry, lobby areas was excellent. The gym was very nice. "

"First off, the hotel was not easy to find. We were using a map app to get to the hotel and it was routing us all around the Meijer property. We ended up just driving around until we came upon it. Check in was good, but when we went to our room, neither key they gave us worked. Went back to the desk and told them and was informed it was a "problem door" so she moved us to a different room. Upon getting to that room, one of the two keys would not work and the other key we had to insert 2-3...

"Excellent stay all around. The manager James was very accommodating. Our reservation was to include breakfast based upon a conversation with personnel at the hotel. Our reservation in the system did not show breakfast was included. James did not hesitate to make it right. We would stay there again without hesitation. "

"The property and the room were impeccably clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the area was nicely quiet at night for the central location of the property. The staff were so kind to check us in slightly early due to our needs. We weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast since we needed to get going earlier in the morning, but everything we observed and experienced was nice. "
