"For years has been Holiday Inn one of the chain hotels that has never disappointed us. This one in particular is a little bit dated, but it compensates on service (the whole staff is great) the general attention, the food, amenities. We are hier because ofa miased flight connection but we were really pleasent satisfied"

"Important caveat - automated entry doors to the lobby LOCK if anyone is outside standing near them. I was locked inside and missed my shuttle because a boy was standing outside the lobby door. Even though the doors had emergency exit stickers, they could not be opened. Potentially dangerous situation"

"Everything was great with check in but once we went to the room the house keeper was still cleaning it and talked in the phone the entire time on a personal call. Check was 3pm but we arrived a little after 4 rushing to get into the room because we had to get ready for a 6pm weeding which was 30 mins away. Had to rush to get ready. Traveled from Dallas"
