This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. There were washers and dryers on the property, but use of each cost either $2.50 or $3.50, I forget which. Detergent and fabric softener is provided in the unit if you do pay to use the washers and dryers. There were 3 slow/rice cookers.
