"Good location for going to shows. But it's elbow to elbow tourists. Were ripped off by yellow cab driver who said his meter wasn't working after he started to drive. Arranged by the hotel curb side staff!!"

"I stayed here with friends who were visiting from out of town and the location was absolutely perfect. I also would NEVER have guessed there would be at least 3 arcades within walking distance. It was a very welcomed surprise : ]"

"Was initially given a teeny tiny room but staff told me they could move me to a bigger room the next day and they did. I like that the windows actually open for fresh air. Wasn’t thrilled that they added the elevator key card since last time but I guess in NYC they have to have it for safety. Just gets annoying. It’s a cute place in a great location."

"This is a nice hotel, but let's be realistic. The breakfast isn't great, all very unhealthy options all served on disposable plates and cutlery. Very wasteful. The rooms are comfortable but very dark inside. This hotel is fine for a few days but better breakfast options and being more environmentally minded would improve it."
