"We were excited about this stay based on the pictures and the location, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t quite match the listing. The home is in need of some attention—many of the furnishings, from the beds and sheets to the doors and windows, felt very worn and dated. "The place was very dirty. Downstairs ac unit was not blowing cold air house stayed at 82 and above the whole trip. Property manager kept saying he was sending someone and had excuses on to why it wasn't done. He was there at one point and even said he was sweating just standing in the kitchen. He sent me back about 10% of what we paid. However for what I paid for our 4 night stay it doesn't make up for the sauna. The pillows on the bed are flat as paper. The floors were flithy like they hadn't...
