"I will definitely be returning to this hotel, it is marked as a 3 star, but honestly you will feel as though you’re in a 4 star hotel. Amazing facilities, staff are amazing (I cannot fault anyone, so thank you all - especially the 2 gents in the evenings, they were super helpful and friendly, I sadly didn’t get their names but they were working on Tues&Wed night this week). "The property is in a perfect location inside the city walls. It is accessible without stairs to get to the property from the Pile gate. Other accommodations in town involve walking up lots of steps to get to the buildings. Romana arranged for an airport pickup and then met us to walk with us to the hotel.
