"Hotel was very well kept amd had nice amenities. The shuttle to the parks were o ly twice in the morning and only 1 option from 1 park back at night. I wish there were more shuttles. I did have one issue with another guest holding 11 pool chairs for people who weren't eveb at the pool. After waiting 30 minutes of noone using thise chairs but she saying she was still holding them, I spoke to the front desk and they brought out 2 extra chairs for my daughters to use. A sign saying no holding...

"Nice hotel some construction going on right now, limited use of elevators. Little noisy at night with the close by bars. Nothing spectacular but was a nice room."

"I just enjoy staying in this hotel, staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is always clean, smelling great, and well organized. The breakfast is amazing plenty of different options to choose from and most importantly fresh. The Pool area has an awesome view of the lake in the back of the hotel with hammocks on the side for some peace and quiet."
