"I’m a very picky person, especially when it comes to cleanliness. This property was amazing at how clean it was. The breakfast and the area for the breakfast was spotless. I felt very comfortable there. It’s just a few blocks off of Broadway very easy to walk and you could a great deal of savings in price. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Everything was great about this hotel EXCEPT the shower head (rain shower?) usually you have the standard and then rain shower as an second option. But it was the ONLY option. COULD NOT use it!!!! Had to take a bath and I don’t like baths. Epic fail BW! It will probably cause me to not come back to this hotel. Unfortunate. "

"This hotel is a great location and is within walking distance to Broadway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet and had everything that we needed. We felt safe in the area and walked home at night from Broadway with no issues. They do no clean your room everyday so you do have to request towels or coffee if you need those daily."

"There is a ton of transportation. Also although property is down town you it is several.blocks from the farmers market and for someone disable too far to walk"

"Very clean and central. Parking is valet only and $60 a day. It can be difficult to find a spot to drop off your car but they do their best. We were allowed to leave our car for the day after checkout which was very appreciated. Staff are very nice. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to be central to everything. "

"The place was nice and easy to get to. It was within walking distance to many places to eat and coffee and the convention center. The only downside was the construction happening at the property next door-it was loud and the noise was heard all day long until the evening time."

"From pre-check in messages to a an easy check out, this is one of the best hotels. Great, quiet location in the Capitol View area. Good restaurants within walking distance, as well as parks and walking trails. Very clean. Super comfy beds (soft, but supportive). Rooftop bar area is very nice with great views.NIce breakfast. Good areas in which to lounge and relax. "

"The property was clean, modern and spacious. The staff was friendly, and the location was walkable to the convention center and Broadway. I did not like the online check in process. Having to send pictures of my driver's license was invasive and makes me feel open to identity theft. In addition, the apartment did not have any closets or hangers. So, every morning each of us had to take a turn on the ironing board before our convention. Not ideal. Overall, I liked my stay. I'd consider staying...

"This property was a great find I loved how close it was to everythting and if we didn't want to go out we could hang out in the bar/lounge/resturant area, have a few drinks and eat some great food. Our room was very nice and the view from the 12 floor was amazing."
